On November 13, 2023, it was shown on the real-time release platform of self-monitoring information of sewage disposal units in Lvliang City, Shanxi Province that **City Urban Wastewater Treatment Plant (No.2 Wastewater Treatment Plant) Wastewater General Outfall Total Nitrogen 11/10-11/12 was suspected to be discharged in excess of the standard. PECC reflected the situation to the local environmental protection bureau through 12369 and microblogging, as shown in the figure below:

January 3, 2024 received feedback from the local Environmental Protection Bureau: ordered the sewage treatment plant to strengthen the management of the next step, in view of the sewage treatment plant violations of the consequences of minor and timely correction, issued a decision not to impose penalties.
